These Terms & Conditions govern your use of seahawkevent.com and the event management, wedding planning and related services provided by Sea Hawk Events (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We plan and manage corporate events, destination weddings, venue design, décor, production and allied services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing of any engagement are set out in the written quotation or agreement shared with you, which prevails over the general information on this website.
2. Quotations, bookings and payments
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance payment and written confirmation. Balance payments must be made as per the schedule in your agreement. Prices for venues, hotels, travel and third-party vendors are subject to their availability and may change until confirmed.
3. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and rescheduling charges are as specified in your agreement. Amounts already paid or committed to venues, hotels, airlines and other third-party vendors are subject to their own cancellation policies. Changes to the scope of an event after confirmation may affect pricing and timelines.
4. Third-party vendors and venues
We work with venues, hotels, caterers, artists and other suppliers. While we select partners carefully, we are not responsible for acts, omissions or policies of independent third parties beyond our reasonable control.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals and access required to deliver the services, and to ensure that guests comply with venue rules and applicable laws. You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests to venue or rented property.
6. Photographs and content
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may use photographs and videos of event setups (excluding private guest information) for our portfolio and marketing. All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Sea Hawk Events or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
7. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, epidemics, government orders, strikes or travel disruptions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
